Prepare the pre-baked tart shell.

Line a round container with plastic wrap, pour the warm custard cream into it, and cover the surface with plastic wrap.

Bring 50g butter to room temperature, then gradually add 50g sugar, 1 egg, and 50g almond flour while mixing well.

Pour the almond cream into the baked tart shell and spread evenly.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the tart for about 20 minutes. Adjust baking time according to your oven.

Once the tart has cooled, remove the plastic wrap from the custard cream and place it on top of the tart. Adjust the shape while it's still wrapped.

Cut 1 pack of strawberries into appropriate sizes.

Arrange the strawberries around the outer edge of the tart.

For the strawberry sauce: place leftover strawberries and sugar (to taste, not included in the main amounts) in a heat-safe container and microwave.
