Luxurious Roast Beef-Style Beef Sirloin

  • Garlica pinch
  • Onion1/5 medium

  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★Vinegar1 tbsp

    Evenly coat the 300g beef sirloin block with minced garlic (a pinch), herb salt, and black pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the beef on all sides until golden brown, about 7 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let the meat cool slightly. Transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

    In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tsp minced garlic.

    In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/5 medium grated onion, and a pinch of lemon juice. Combine with the mixture from step 4 to complete the sauce.

    Slice the chilled beef sirloin thinly, arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and drizzle with the sauce.
