

These Bo Gyoza are made with chicken breast, so they're super healthy but still super filling! Perfect as a snack or a little bite with drinks ♪
Ingredients
3 servings- Chicken breast1
- Chinese chives (nira)1/2 bunch
- Gyoza wrappers30
- Salad oila pinch
- ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
- ★Sesame oil1 tsp
- ★Salt and black peppera pinch
- ★Garlic powdera pinch
Directions

Slice the chicken breast thinly and cut into 30 pieces.

Place in a bowl and add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Mix until flavors are evenly distributed.

Cut the Chinese chives into 5cm lengths and place chicken and chives on each of the 30 gyoza wrappers.

Roll from one end while folding, shaping into a stick form.

Prepare all gyoza the same way.

Heat a pinch of salad oil in a frying pan, arrange the stick gyoza with the sealed end facing up, and cook slowly over low heat until the surface is golden brown.

Once golden brown, flip and cover with a lid. Steam-fry for about 3 minutes.

Transfer to a plate and serve.
Tips
These are delicious eaten plain, but are also great dipped in ponzu sauce or soy sauce.
