Hokkaido-Inspired Yogurt Tiramisu

An easy tiramisu made with yogurt and biscuits! Perfect to make with kids, and it's rich, creamy, and delicious! ♪

  • Yotsuba Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Milk 100% Plain Yogurt (smooth and creamy)1/2 pack
  • Ladyfinger biscuits3 pieces (10×2cm stick-shaped)
  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★Strong brewed coffee1 tsp
  • ★Cocoa powderto taste

    Place a colander over a bowl lined with paper towels. Pour 1/2 pack of Yotsuba Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Milk 100% Plain Yogurt into the colander and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight to drain.

    Arrange 3 ladyfinger biscuits on a plate and brush with 1 tsp of strong brewed coffee, allowing the biscuits to absorb it fully.

    In a bowl, combine the strained yogurt and 1 tbsp sugar, and whisk well together.

    Spoon the mixed yogurt onto the biscuits and sprinkle cocoa powder to taste over the top to finish.

Tips

You can use biscuits other than ladyfingers based on your preference. Adjust the yogurt draining time to create a richer, more concentrated texture.
