Ingredients
2 servings- Cabbage1/8 head
- Sausage (wiener)3
- ★Water400 ml
- ★Consommé cube1
- ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
- ★Sake1/2 tbsp
- ★Ketchup1 tbsp (see tips)
- ★Salt and black peppera pinch
- Cheese (optional)1 slice or shredded cheese to taste

Roughly chop 1/8 head of cabbage and cut 3 sausages into bite-sized pieces.

Place the cabbage, sausages, and all the ★ seasonings into a pot and bring to heat.
