  • Sausage (wiener)3
  • ★Water400 ml
  • ★Consommé cube1
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • ★Sake1/2 tbsp
  • ★Ketchup1 tbsp (see tips)
  • ★Salt and black peppera pinch
  • Cheese (optional)1 slice or shredded cheese to taste

    Roughly chop 1/8 head of cabbage and cut 3 sausages into bite-sized pieces.

    Place the cabbage, sausages, and all the ★ seasonings into a pot and bring to heat.

    Simmer over medium heat until the cabbage becomes tender, then it's ready to serve.

    Top with 1 slice of cheese or shredded cheese for an even more delicious meal, if desired.

Tips

Adjust the ketchup to 1/2 to 1 tbsp depending on your preference for the perfect taste.
