  • Corn60g
  • Butter10g
  • ★Water200ml
  • ★Milk200ml
  • ★Consommé bouillon cube1
  • ★Sugar1/4 tsp
  • ★Salt and black peppera pinch
  • Black pepper (for topping)a pinch

    Cut 150g of Chinese cabbage into thin strips about 1.5cm wide, and drain the moisture from 60g of corn thoroughly.

    Add 10g of butter to a pot and melt over medium heat, then add the cabbage and corn and sauté.

    Once the cabbage becomes tender, add all the ★ seasonings and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat, serve into bowls, and top with a pinch of black pepper as desired to finish.

Tips

Adding bacon will increase the depth of flavor and make the soup even more aromatic.
