2 servings- Ground pork100g
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- Grated ginger (tube)1cm
- Grated garlic (tube)1cm
- Green onion (white part)10cm
- Water700ml
- Chinese noodles2 servings
- Butterto taste
- ★Miso3 tbsp (add +1/2 tbsp more for stronger flavor)
- ★Doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)1 tsp
- ★Chicken bouillon powder1 tbsp
- ★Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)1 tbsp
- ★Salt1/2 tsp
- ★Sugar2 tsp
- ★Chili oil (optional)1/2 tsp
- ★Black pepper and sesame seedsto taste

Split the white part of the green onion lengthwise and chop into thick pieces.

Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, add 100g ground pork, 1cm grated ginger, and 1cm grated garlic. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.

Add 700ml water and all the ★ seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a separate pot, cook the Chinese noodles (2 servings) and drain well. Place in serving bowls.

Top the noodles with the hot miso soup, green onion pieces, and butter to taste.

Sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds. Add chili oil if desired and serve.
