Ingredients
4 servings- Powdered gelatin5g
- Water50ml
- Milk300ml
- Heavy cream (plant-based)200ml
- Sugar60g
- Skim milk powder (optional)2 tbsp
- ★Rum1-2 tbsp
- ★Vanilla extracta few drops

Mix 5g of powdered gelatin with 50ml of water and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

Pour 300ml of milk, 200ml of plant-based heavy cream, 60g of sugar, and 2 tbsp of skim milk powder into a saucepan. Heat gently without boiling, stirring until everything is well dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Add the bloomed gelatin and let it dissolve in the residual heat, then stir in the ★ seasonings.

Place the saucepan in a bowl of ice water and stir until it cools slightly. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate until fully set.

Serve with caramel sauce or fruit sauce if desired for extra flavor.

To make caramel sauce: Place 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of water in a heat-safe container, microwave for about 2 minutes until desired caramel color is achieved, then add 1 tbsp of hot water and mix well.
Tips
Always remove the saucepan from heat before adding the gelatin. For a more pronounced rum flavor, add up to 2 tbsp of rum according to your preference.
