    Rinse 250g of fresh blueberries under running water, drain thoroughly, and transfer to a pot.

    Cook over low heat while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the blueberries become soft.

    Once the blueberries begin to break down, add 100g of sugar and 1 tsp of lemon juice, and continue cooking until thickened.

    Finish by sprinkling with a pinch of salt, then transfer the jam to sterilized jars.

Tips

Since no water is added during cooking, the mixture can burn easily, so stir constantly and watch carefully. As the jam cools, it will thicken, so it's best to transfer it to jars while it's still slightly runny for a better finished texture. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
