Tropical Garlic Shrimp

    In a bowl, combine 2-3 tsp of minced garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil, and mix well.

    Rinse 20 shrimp under running water and devein them. Add them to the bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and toss everything together to coat evenly.

    Arrange the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat and cook until both sides are golden brown.

    Add 20g of butter at the end and cook until it melts and becomes fragrant, then remove from heat.

    Plate the shrimp and serve with macaroni salad for a complete tropical one-plate meal.

Tips

Using jarred minced garlic adds a rich, aromatic flavor that enhances the tropical feel. Fresh or tube garlic also works deliciously.
