Ingredients
3 servings- Pizza melting cheese250-280g
- Cornstarch (or potato starch)2 tsp

- Broccoli, bread, sausages, etc.to taste

Cut broccoli and sausages into bite-sized pieces and boil the vegetables. Cut bread into appropriate sizes.

Clear the center of the hot plate, arrange ingredients around the perimeter, and preheat the plate.

Place 250-280g of pizza melting cheese in a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle 2 tsp of cornstarch (or potato starch) over it, and coat evenly.

Add 100ml of milk and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes to melt the cheese. Then place the heat-resistant dish on the hot plate, stir with a spatula until completely melted, and it's ready to serve.
Tips
Other great ingredients include potatoes, quail eggs, bacon, shiitake mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. For best results, melt the cheese about 80% in the microwave and finish melting on the hot plate. Potato starch can substitute for cornstarch, but cornstarch is recommended.
