

This easy risotto is made with canned tomatoes and canned tuna! The melted cheese makes it taste so authentic and delicious♪
Ingredients
2 servings- cooked rice2 bowls
- onion1/4
- butter1/2 tbsp
- ★canned tomatoes1/2 can
- ★canned tuna in oil1/2 can
- ★bouillon cube1
- ★water120 ml
- salt and pepperto taste
- melting cheesea handful
- parsleyto taste
Directions

Finely chop 1/4 onion. Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion until soft.

Add 2 bowls of cooked rice and all the ★ seasonings, mix well, and simmer over medium-high heat until the liquid is absorbed (if using whole tomatoes, crush them with a spatula while simmering).

Season with salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat, add a handful of melting cheese, and mix well.

Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley to taste, and serve.
