- Ground beef and pork blend400g
- Onion1/2 to 1 whole
- Olive oil or vegetable oilto taste
- Garlic (tube type)3-5 cm
- Whole tomatoes (canned)1 can (400g)

- Parmesan cheese (optional)to taste

Finely chop the onion and season the 400g ground beef and pork blend with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat olive oil or vegetable oil in a frying pan, add 3-5 cm of garlic tube, and cook until fragrant.

Add the onion and sauté over medium heat until softened.

Add the seasoned ground meat and cook thoroughly, stirring until no longer pink.

Add 1 can of whole tomatoes, 200ml water, and all the ★ seasonings. Break up the tomatoes while mixing, then bring to a boil.

Occasionally stir while reducing the sauce over low to medium heat for 20-30 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and concentrated.
