2 servings- Kabocha squash (seeds removed, skin on)200g
- Onion40g
- Bacon15g
- ★Mayonnaise2–3 tbsp
- ★Granulated consommé (instant bouillon)1/4 tsp
- ★Salta pinch

Cut 200g kabocha squash so that the skin pieces are about 1 cm square. Thinly slice 40g onion and cut 15g bacon into thin strips.

Place the kabocha, onion, and bacon in a microwave-safe container and cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

If the kabocha is still firm, continue microwaving until it is soft.
