Soft Microwave Pumpkin Salad

Ready in just 5 minutes in the microwave! This creamy pumpkin salad is like something from a fancy department store. Warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious!

  • Pumpkin (seeds removed, skin on)200g
  • Onion40g
  • Bacon15g
  • ★Mayonnaise2-3 tbsp
  • ★Granulated bouillon1/4 tsp
  • ★Salta pinch
  • ★Black peppera pinch

    Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes (keeping the skin on), thinly slice the 40g onion, and cut the 15g bacon into thin strips.

    Place the pumpkin, onion, and bacon in a microwave-safe container and cover with plastic wrap.

    Microwave on 600W for 5 minutes.

    If the pumpkin is still firm, continue microwaving until it becomes tender.
