Fluffy Baked Donuts Made with Pancake Mix

These baked donuts are a healthier option since they're not deep-fried! The best part is how easy they are to make with pancake mix — you'll want to bake them again and again♪

    Lightly grease a donut mold with vegetable oil and preheat the oven to 180℃. Melt 10g of unsalted butter in the microwave and set aside.

    In a bowl, combine 120g pancake mix, 60cc milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, and the melted 10g unsalted butter. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

    Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill each cavity of the donut mold halfway to about 60% full. Since the batter will rise during baking, be careful not to overfill.

    Bake in the preheated 180℃ oven for about 17 minutes. Once done, remove from the mold and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Tips

Baking times may vary depending on your oven. To check doneness, insert a skewer into the center — if it comes out clean, the donuts are ready.
