Aromatic Miso-Mayo Baked Salmon

Salmon baked with miso-mayo is incredibly aromatic and juicy! Just pop it in the toaster oven and you'll have a delicious dish in minutes!

  • Salt-cured salmon fillets4 pieces
  • Shimeji mushrooms1 package
  • ★Mayonnaise2 tbsp
  • ★Miso2 tsp
  • ★Green onion, minced5 tbsp

    Bake the 4 salt-cured salmon fillets in a frying pan or fish grill.

    In a bowl, mix together 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp miso, 5 tbsp minced green onion, and 1 package of shimeji mushrooms until well combined.

    Arrange the baked salmon from step 1 on a toaster oven tray and spread the mixture from step 2 over the top.

Tips
