Ingredients
4 servings- Cabbage5-6 leaves
- Carrot1/2
- ★Salt1/2 tsp
- ★Lemon juice1.5 tbsp
- ★Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- ★Milk1 tbsp
- ★Honey1 tsp or to taste
Directions

Julienne or finely chop the 5-6 cabbage leaves and 1/2 carrot, sprinkle with about 1/2 tsp salt, and mix well.

Squeeze the mixture firmly to remove excess water, add 1.5 tbsp lemon juice and mix well. Refrigerate for a while.

Just before serving, add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp or more honey, then toss until well combined.
Tips
For spring cabbage, you can use it as is. For regular cabbage, lightly microwaving it first is recommended. Adjust the seasonings to your preference. You can also add corn for extra flavor if desired.
