

You can make a KFC-style coleslaw right at home! Using spring cabbage makes it extra sweet and juicy — it's absolutely amazing♪
Ingredients
3 servings- Cabbage5–6 leaves
- Carrot1/2
- Saltabout 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice1 1/2 tbsp
- ★Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- ★Milk1 tbsp
- ★Honey1 tsp or more
Directions

Julienne or roughly mince 5–6 cabbage leaves and 1/2 carrot. Sprinkle with about 1/2 tsp salt, mix to coat evenly, and set aside.

Squeeze out the moisture from the vegetables firmly, then add 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a while.

Just before serving, add the ★ seasonings and toss everything together well. Enjoy!
Tips
If using spring cabbage, you can use it as-is. For regular cabbage, we recommend microwaving it briefly to soften. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste. Adding corn is also a delicious option!
