Hotel-Style Fluffy Sandwich Bread Perfected

Just toss the ingredients in the bread machine and you'll get a fluffy, golden loaf that tastes like it's from a fancy hotel! The crispy crust and soft inside are absolutely amazing ♪

    Add all ingredients to your bread maker and turn it on.

    Select 'light' for the crust color setting and let it bake.

    You don't need to beat the egg beforehand. You can also toast it once and enjoy it that way.

Tips

If the bread rises too much, reduce the milk (or water) by about 5cc. You can also make delicious bread without the egg.
