Addictive Beef and Napa Cabbage Stew

Paddy

This sukini is so hearty and filling thanks to the shirataki noodles, but still totally healthy — love it! And it's amazing served over rice as a donburi too♪

Directions

  1. 1

Separate the napa cabbage leaves from the core. Chop the leaves roughly and slice the core diagonally into 1.5cm pieces.

  2. 2

Parboil the shirataki noodles and cut them into manageable lengths.

  3. 3

Pour the ★ seasonings into a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add the napa cabbage core and shirataki noodles.

  4. 4

Bring to a boil once, then add the napa cabbage leaves and simmer until wilted.

  5. 5

Add the 250g of beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Remove from heat once the beef is cooked through.

  6. 6

Let it sit for a while to allow the flavors to soak in for even better taste.

Tips

The napa cabbage will release moisture as it cooks, so adjust the seasoning to your preference.
