Directions

15 min
  1. 1

Cut the cabbage (1/4 head) and peeled carrot (1/3) into thin julienne strips. Trim the enoki mushroom stems and separate them.

  2. 2

Arrange the cabbage, carrot, and enoki mushrooms in a skillet, then spread the pork (200g) on top.

  3. 3

Pour 50ml of water into the skillet, cover tightly with a lid, and steam-fry over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

  4. 4

Transfer the cooked pork and vegetables to a serving plate.

  5. 5

In a separate bowl, prepare the dipping sauce by combining the Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing (to taste) with a pinch of chili oil, 1/8 lemon, a pinch of grated ginger, and a pinch of black pepper. Dip the pork and vegetables as you eat.

Tips

Adding 50ml of water and covering tightly with a lid, then steam-frying over medium-high heat for 3 minutes will give you perfectly balanced crispy vegetables and fluffy, tender pork.
