  • Ground beef and pork mixture300g
  • Onion (grated)1/2 to 1
  • Panko breadcrumbs3 tbsp

    Transfer all ★ ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.

    In a bowl, combine 300g ground beef and pork mixture, 1/2 to 1 grated onion, 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Knead firmly with your hands until well combined.

    Divide the mixture into 4-5 portions, gently form into balls with your palms, then flatten into patties.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the hamburger patties and cook until one side is golden brown.

    Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and steam-bake over low-to-medium heat. Adjust heat and cooking time based on the size of the patties.

    Once partially cooked, add the pre-mixed ★ sauce and coat the patties. Cover again and steam-bake for 1-2 minutes.

    When the sauce is well coated and flavors have infused, it's done. For freezing, divide into portions, wrap with plastic wrap, and store in a freezer bag in the freezer.

    In the morning, reheat in the microwave and place in your bento box. If you want cheese, place it on top of the patty, cover with the lid, and bake until melted.

    For a burger sandwich, wrap with plastic wrap and freezer bag, refrigerate overnight, then toast in the morning for breakfast.

Tips

Use half an onion if large, or one whole if small. Use plenty of oil and be careful of splattering. Coat the sauce well and portion it into smaller pieces for easier storage.
