Juicy Miso Mayo Chicken Breast

Marinating in mayo makes the chicken breast so tender and juicy — the rich combo of miso and mayo is seriously addictive with rice! ♪

  • Baby leaf lettuce1/2 pack

    Cut the chicken breast (180g) into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Mix together the ★ seasonings (2 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp miso paste), add to the chicken, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

    Cut the tomato (1/2) into wedges and soak the baby leaf lettuce (1/2 pack) in cold water, then drain thoroughly.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken pieces until both sides are golden brown.

    Add the remaining marinade to the cooked chicken, stirring to coat all pieces evenly until the flavors are well absorbed.

    Place the grilled chicken on a serving plate and arrange tomato and baby leaf lettuce alongside. Serve immediately.
