Add 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sake, 1 tsp miso, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil to a bowl. Mix well until the flavors are evenly blended.
