Ingredients

- Water2 tbsp or more
- ★Mentsuyu (noodle sauce)a pinch

Prepare a microwave-safe narrow-mouthed bowl or teacup and crack 1 egg into it.

Add 2 tbsp or more of water so the entire egg is covered.

Using chopsticks, poke a hole through the yolk to prevent it from bursting.

Microwave at 500W without covering for 40 seconds to 1 minute.

Drain the excess water and it's done. Drizzle with ★ mentsuyu if desired and enjoy.
