Directions

270 min
  1. 1

In a pot large enough to hold 3 eggs, add water to cover the eggs and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp of vinegar.

  2. 2

Remove eggs from the refrigerator and gently place them in the boiling water. Boil over high heat for 7 minutes. While boiling, occasionally stir the eggs with chopsticks to center the yolk.

  3. 3

Transfer the boiled eggs to cold running water, make small cracks in the shell, and let sit for a while. Then peel the shell under water.

  4. 4

Place the ★ seasonings and eggs in a ziplock bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Occasionally shake the bag to ensure the flavor absorbs evenly.

  5. 5

The eggs are delicious even after 4 hours of marinating. Marinating for about 1 day allows the flavors to deepen further.

  6. 6

Use as a topping for ramen, a snack, or enjoy in various dishes.

Tips

Marinating the eggs longer in the refrigerator allows the flavors to penetrate more thoroughly. Occasionally stirring the eggs while boiling helps the yolk settle in the center.
