Ingredients
2 servings- Skinless sausages1 bag
- Pancake mix1/2 bag (100g)
- Milk80cc
- All-purpose flour1 tbsp
- Frying oilto taste
Directions
20 min- 1
Combine 100g of pancake mix and 80cc of milk in a mug, and mix well with a fork until you have a smooth batter.
- 2
Remove the sausages from the bag, then add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and gently shake the bag to coat them evenly.
- 3
Insert a toothpick into each flour-coated sausage, then dip them into the batter in the mug, coating each one generously.
- 4
Heat the frying oil to 160°C and fry the sausages until golden brown. Be careful not to add too many at once.
- 5
Once fried, transfer to a tray to drain the excess oil. Your mini corn dogs are ready to serve!
Tips
Making the batter in a deep container makes it easier to coat the sausages. Keep the oil temperature steady — not too high or too low — so the sausages cook through without burning the outside.
