    Add 100g of pancake mix and 80ml of milk to a mug, and mix well with a fork until smooth batter forms.

    Remove the hot dogs from the bag and dust them evenly with 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour.

    Insert a toothpick into each hot dog, then coat thoroughly by dipping into the batter in the mug.

    Deep-fry the hot dogs in oil heated to 160°C. Be mindful of the coating thickness to prevent cracking and ensure the inside cooks through evenly.
