Ingredients
2 servings- All-purpose flour1 cup

- Ham3 slices
- Melting cheese (sliced)3 slices
- Mayonnaisea pinch

Mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 cup of water until you get a smooth batter with a slightly thick consistency, similar to pancake batter.

Spread 1 tsp of mayonnaise across a frying pan, lay 3 slices of ham on top, then pour the batter over them. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Place 3 slices of melting cheese on top, then cook until the other side is also golden brown. Fold in half and it's done!

Tips
