  • Cabbage2–3 leaves
  • Cooked udon noodles1 serving
  • Bonito flakes (katsuobushi)to taste
  • Mayonnaiseto taste
  • Shichimi togarashi (seven-spice blend)to taste
  • Vegetable oila pinch
  • ★Soy sauce1 tsp
  • ★Oyster sauce1 tsp
  • ★Sesame oil1 tsp
  • ★Salt and peppera pinch

    Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add 50g pork and 2–3 leaves of cabbage (roughly chopped) and stir-fry.

    Warm 1 serving of cooked udon noodles in the microwave ahead of time. Once the pork is cooked through, add the noodles and stir-fry everything together well.

    Add the ★ seasonings and toss to coat evenly.

    Plate and top with bonito flakes. Finish with mayonnaise and shichimi togarashi to taste.

Tips

Stir-fry the cabbage over high heat to keep it nice and crisp. Feel free to add any other vegetables you like for extra flavor.
