- Bonito flakes (katsuobushi)to taste

- Shichimi togarashi (seven-spice blend)to taste

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add 50g pork and 2–3 leaves of cabbage (roughly chopped) and stir-fry.

Warm 1 serving of cooked udon noodles in the microwave ahead of time. Once the pork is cooked through, add the noodles and stir-fry everything together well.
