Directions

30 min
  1. 1

Cut 15-20 green beans and 1/2 carrot into thin strips. Boil for 4-5 minutes, then drain well in a colander.

  2. 2

Carefully lay out 12 pork loin slices one by one. Slightly overlap 6 slices together. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Arrange half of the cooked green beans and half of the carrot strips along the near edge of the pork.

  4. 4

Roll up tightly, wrapping the vegetables inside. Repeat to make a second roll.

  5. 5

Mix all the ★ ingredients together to make the seasoning.

  6. 6

Heat a small amount of salad oil in a frying pan. Place the pork rolls seam-side down and cook over medium heat, rolling them around to brown all sides evenly.

  7. 7

Once browned, add the ★ seasoning mixture. Continue rolling and cooking over medium heat until the glaze becomes glossy (be careful not to burn).

  8. 8

Cut the cooked pork rolls into 3-4 cm pieces, arrange on a plate, drizzle with the remaining glaze, and serve.

Tips

Place the seam-side down when you start cooking. As you brown the rolls, rotate them in the direction of the roll to prevent them from falling apart and ensure even cooking.
