Ingredients
2 servings- Cooked rice400g
- Takana (mustard greens)80g
- Egg1
- Green onion (negi)1/2
- ★Sesame oil (for stir-frying)1 tbsp

- ★Dashi powder (Japanese soup stock)1 tsp
- ★Salt and black peppera pinch
- ★Soy sauce1 dash
- ★Sesame oil1 tsp
Directions

Beat 1 egg well and mince 1/2 green onion.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the green onion.

Add 80g takana and continue stir-frying.

Push ingredients to the side, scramble the egg on the other side, then mix everything together.

Add 400g warm cooked rice and stir-fry everything together well.

Add the ★ seasonings (1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dashi powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper) and mix until the flavors are evenly distributed.

Finish by adding 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 dash of soy sauce, stir-frying until fragrant.
