- Enoki mushrooms30-50g

Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Separate enoki mushrooms into small clusters. Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.

Line the bottom of a deep microwave-safe dish with napa cabbage, then place the cod fillet on top.

Sprinkle black pepper and sake (1 tsp) over the cod to season.

Place enoki mushrooms on top of the cod and scatter bacon pieces around.

Break up butter (10g) into small pieces and scatter over the top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Microwave at 500W for 3 minutes. Remove and cover again with plastic wrap, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
