- Sake2 tbsp
- Salt and peppera pinch
- All-purpose flourto taste
- ◎Parmesan cheese1.5 tbsp

Cut each chicken breast into 2-3 pieces. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of sake, gently massage, and let sit for 10-30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine ◎Parmesan cheese (1.5 tbsp) and ◎2 eggs. Mix well until smooth.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the chicken. Place all-purpose flour in a plastic bag, add the chicken, and coat evenly with flour.

Heat a frying pan and add about 2 tbsp of salad oil. When hot, dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture from step 2.

Cook the chicken over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. If there is leftover egg mixture, drizzle it on top and cook until golden.

Transfer to a plate, add ketchup to the side, and sprinkle with dried parsley to taste.
