- ★Sake2 tsp
- ★Salt and pepperto taste

Blanch 10-15 green beans in lightly salted water, then cut into 4cm lengths. If using frozen, cut them without blanching.

Cut 1 medium potato into pieces similar in size and length to the green beans.

Heat 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes, and stir-fry until translucent.

Once the potatoes soften, add the green beans and stir-fry until everything is well coated with oil.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then add 2 tsp sake along the edge of the pan.
