    Place 1 slice of hanpen, 2 imitation crab sticks, and a handful of shredded pizza cheese into a zip-lock or plastic bag. Add the ★ seasonings and knead the bag thoroughly until everything is well combined.

    Wet your hands lightly with water and shape the mixture into evenly-sized patties.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, place the patties in the pan, and cook one side until golden brown, then flip.

Tips
