Directions

20 min
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 250℃.

  2. 2

In a bowl, combine 100g of bread flour (or all-purpose flour) with the ★ seasonings and mix together with a spoon.

  3. 3

Add 100cc of water (85cc if using all-purpose flour) and stir vigorously about 100 times until the dough becomes sticky and elastic.

  4. 4

Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it into a circle about 18cm in diameter. Wetting your spoon or hands with water will prevent sticking and make it easier to spread.

  5. 5

Spread tomato sauce to taste over the dough, then top with your choice of toppings and shredded pizza cheese to taste.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–13 minutes until golden brown. Your pizza is ready!

  7. 7

For an extra chewy texture, microwave (500W) the baked pizza for about 1 minute after it comes out of the oven, then let it cool.

Tips

Bake the pizza until the surface is slightly firm. Fresh out of the oven it's crispy and fluffy, but if you microwave it briefly after baking and then let it cool, it becomes wonderfully chewy and crisp.
