Spring Cabbage and Bacon Simmered in Light Broth

  • Spring cabbage3 leaves (200g)

    Remove the core from 3 leaves of spring cabbage (200g) and chop into rough, bite-sized pieces.

    Cut 100g of bacon in half lengthwise and prepare.

    Heat 2 cups of water in a pot over medium heat, then add the cabbage and bacon.

    Once it comes to a boil, add the ★ fresh pressed soy sauce and reduce to low heat. Simmer until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.
