    Remove the core from 3 spring cabbage leaves (200g) and cut them into rough pieces.

    Cut 100g of bacon slices in half crosswise.

    Add 2 cups of water to a pot and heat over medium heat. Add the cabbage and bacon.

    Once the water comes to a boil, add the ★ seasoning, reduce to low heat, and simmer until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight bite.
