Ingredients
2 servings- Sweet potato1 medium (approx. 200g)

- ★Sugar20g
- ★Milk20g or more
- ★Salta pinch
- Egg yolk (for glaze)1/3

Cut 1 medium sweet potato into rounds, peel them, and soak in water for about 3 minutes.

Transfer to a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave until soft.

Mash the softened sweet potato thoroughly with a potato masher.

While still hot, add the ★ seasonings and mix well until the mixture is smooth enough to shape.
