

This rice dish is made with sweet spring onions! When cooked, the onions become incredibly sweet and delicious. You'll absolutely love it! ♪
Ingredients
4 servings- New onions, medium2 (about 180-200g each)
- Rice2 cup
- ★Consommé bouillon cube1 (or 2 tsp granulated)
- ★Olive oila pinch
Directions

Peel the 2 new onions and slice them thinly.

Add 2 cup of rice to the rice cooker and add water (200-240ml) until it just covers the rice completely.

Add the sliced new onions, 1 consommé bouillon cube, and a pinch of olive oil. Mix well.

Cook the rice in the rice cooker using the normal setting.

Once cooked, gently mix everything together and it's ready to serve.
Tips
Adjust the water amount depending on the moisture content of the new onions. If using brown rice or mixed grain rice, use the water ratio for sushi rice as a guide for better results.
