Crispy Pork and Cucumber Stir-Fry

Stir-fry pork and cucumber with deep-roasted sesame dressing for an addictive rice-loving dish! The crispy, crunchy texture is absolutely irresistible!

  • Pork (thinly sliced)150g
  • Cucumber1
  • ★Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing3 tbsp
  • ★Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
  • ★Salta pinch
  • ★Black peppera pinch

    Cut 150g of pork into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut 1 cucumber in half lengthwise, then cut diagonally into 4cm pieces.

    Heat 1/2 tbsp of ★sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat.

    When the pork is cooked through, add the cucumber and stir-fry quickly.

    Sprinkle with a pinch of ★salt and a pinch of ★black pepper, then add 3 tbsp of ★Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing and toss everything together to finish.

Tips

Stir-fry the cucumber briefly to keep it crispy and crunchy. When you coat it with the dressing, the rich sesame flavor really comes through.
