- Firm tofu (1 block)400g
- ★Garlic paste2 tsp
- ★Ginger paste2 tsp
- ★Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- ★Salt and pepper1 tsp

- ★Ketchup2 tbsp
- ★Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- ★Whole grain mustard1 tsp

Remove the 400g firm tofu from the package and gently squeeze it by hand to drain excess water.

Place 425g of ground chicken breast and the tofu in a bowl, then knead and mix together thoroughly by hand while breaking up the tofu.

Add 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp salt and pepper, and 3 tbsp cornstarch. Knead well by hand until the mixture becomes smooth.

Heat the frying oil over medium-low heat. Using two spoons, shape the mixture into rounds and gently drop them into the oil.

Without stirring, deep-fry until the nuggets are golden, moving the pan occasionally to ensure the oil reaches all sides.

Remove the first-fried nuggets from the oil, lower the oil temperature slightly, then fry them again until crispy and golden.

Transfer to a serving plate. Mix together 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp whole grain mustard to make a dipping sauce and serve alongside.
