Aromatic Sweet and Savory Garlic Chive Salad

You'll devour 2 bunches of garlic chives in no time! This easy mayo-soy sesame salad is made in the microwave. Perfect for bento boxes too!

  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp

    Rinse the 2 bunches of garlic chives and cut into 3cm pieces. Spread them on a microwave-safe plate, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Let cool slightly.

    Squeeze out the excess moisture from the cooked garlic chives and transfer to a bowl. Add the ★ seasonings and mix well.

    Transfer the dressed garlic chives to a serving dish and serve.
