A refreshing salad made with sweet spring new onions and tuna tossed in a zesty lemon dressing! So simple but totally delicious ♪

  • ★Olive oil1 tbsp

    Thinly slice 1 fresh spring onion.

    In a bowl, add 1 can (80g) of canned tuna with its liquid, then mix in the ★ seasonings: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt.

    Add the sliced onion and toss everything together well to blend the flavors.

    Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a pinch of parsley.

    For extra flavor, you can add watercress if you like.

Tips
