Creamy Japanese-Style Tofu and Avocado Salad

  • Lettuce1/3 head
  • Tofu1 block
  • Avocado1
  • Nori (seaweed)optional
  • White sesame seedsoptional
  • ★Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
  • ★Sesame oil2 tbsp
  • ★Mayonnaise1 tbsp
  • ★Garlic paste2 cm
  • ★Wasabioptional

    Drain 1 block of tofu and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut 1/3 head of lettuce into easy-to-eat sizes.

    Cut 1 avocado into 1 cm cubes.

    Mix together 2 tbsp ponzu sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and 2 cm garlic paste to make the dressing. For adults, you can add wasabi to taste for extra flavor.

    Arrange lettuce, tofu, and avocado in a bowl, then drizzle with the mixed dressing.
