Light and Colorful Healthy Daikon Radish Salad

Corino's daikon salad with a refreshing sesame vinegar dressing is totally addictive! It's so healthy, but you'll find yourself grabbing bowl after bowl! ♪

Ingredients

  • Daikon radishas much as you like
  • Ground sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)as much as you like
  • Nori (dried seaweed)as much as you like
  • ★Rice vinegar1 tbsp
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • ★Sesame oil1/2–1 tbsp
  • ★Sugar1 tsp
  • ★Mirin1 tsp

    Use a mandoline slicer to thinly slice the daikon radish, then cut into thin julienne strips.

    In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2–1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp mirin to make the dressing.

    Place the daikon in a large bowl, add the dressing, and toss well to combine.

    Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds, and top with katsuobushi and nori to finish.
