Fragrant Bell Pepper Salad with Shio Kombu

    Cut 6 bell peppers into thin strips, coat with 1 tsp or more of sesame oil, and place in a microwave-safe container.

    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for about 2 minutes. Adjust the time based on your preferred texture.

    While still warm, add 2 pinches of shio kombu and mix well. Add roasted sesame seeds to taste and toss to combine.

Tips
