    Add all 10 chicken wings, 100 ml of ★ponzu sauce, 2+ tbsp of ★sugar, and 50 ml of ★water to a flat pan. Bring to a medium heat and start simmering.

    While cooking, stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from burning. Simmer until the chicken wings are cooked through.

    When the cooking liquid has reduced slightly, turn the chicken wings with chopsticks to coat the surface with a beautiful glaze.

    Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle lightly with the remaining sauce, and serve. Perfect for bento boxes too!

Tips
