- ★Soy sauce100 cc
- ★Sake100 cc
- ★Mirin50 cc
- ★Sugar4 tbsp
- ★Ginger (tube ginger ok)1 piece or about 10 cm (to taste)
- ★Garlic (tube garlic ok)2 pieces or about 5 cm (to taste)
Directions

Arrange the 16 chicken wing roots in a pressure cooker pot.
