  • ★Soy sauce100 cc
  • ★Sake100 cc
  • ★Mirin50 cc
  • ★Sugar4 tbsp
  • ★Ginger (tube ginger ok)1 piece or about 10 cm (to taste)
  • ★Garlic (tube garlic ok)2 pieces or about 5 cm (to taste)

    Arrange the 16 chicken wing roots in a pressure cooker pot.

    Add the ★ seasonings to the pot and mix well.

    Close the lid and heat for 15 minutes once pressure builds.

    Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.

    Once pressure is completely released, turn on the heat again and reduce the sauce while coating the chicken wing roots.

    Add boiled eggs if desired and coat with the remaining sauce to finish.
