Tangy Vinegar Chicken Wings (Tori Tebasa Ni)

Sweet and savory with a refreshing vinegar twist! Kids love this simple simmered chicken - perfect over rice!

    Pat dry 8 chicken wing drumettes thoroughly and place them in a stainless steel or non-stick pot.

    Add the ★ seasonings and bring to a strong medium heat.

    Once boiling, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the cooking liquid reduces to 1/2 to 1/3 of its original volume.

    Add 2 hard-boiled eggs and coat them in the simmering liquid.

    Arrange the chicken wings and boiled eggs on a serving plate and garnish with boiled broccoli to serve.

Tips

To enhance the flavor, add ginger or garlic. Slice the ginger thinly and crush the garlic lightly, using 1 clove at a time.
