  • Ham3-4 slices
  • ★Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)1.5 tbsp
  • ★Mayonnaise1 tbsp
  • ★Lemon juice1 tsp

    Cut the ham into thin strips.

    Briefly boil the bean sprouts, then drain well. Let cool to room temperature, then pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Place the ham and bean sprouts in a bowl, add the ★ seasonings (1.5 tbsp mentsuyu, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tsp lemon juice), and mix well.

Tips

After the bean sprouts cool, pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels to prevent the salad from becoming watery. 3x concentrate mentsuyu is recommended.
