Tuna Mayo Bread Made with Pancake Mix

These fluffy tuna mayo buns are made with pancake mix — so easy and delicious! This recipe has been loved by over 5,000 people, and once you try them, you'll totally see why!

  • ★Mayonnaise2 tbsp

    Preheat the oven to 180℃. Drain the canned tuna lightly, then mix together the ★ seasonings to make the tuna mayo filling.

    In a bowl, combine 150g pancake mix, 1 egg, and 90cc milk. Mix well until you get a smooth, even batter.

    Divide the batter evenly into aluminum cups or similar molds.

    Spread the ★ tuna mayo over the top of each batter portion, then drizzle with a little extra mayonnaise (not included in measurements).

    Bake in the 180℃ oven for 20 minutes. Once golden brown, insert a skewer to check the center is fully cooked, then remove from the oven.

    While still hot, sprinkle with parsley to taste and serve.

Tips

Baking times may vary depending on your oven, so we recommend checking doneness with a skewer. If using 200g of pancake mix, increase the milk to 120cc.
